When your download is a .zip with a coordinate system attached, extract every file into the same folder before opening it in AutoCAD/QGIS/Civil 3D — opening a file straight out of the zip without extracting its matching .prj alongside it will show the CRS as "unknown".

Add standardized Armenian Cadastre Committee labels (DXF text) — BLD_CC for a buildings layer, RGN_CC-CMM_CC-BLK_CC-PRC_CC for a parcels layer — wherever those field names are detected in a shapefile's attribute table.
